SERVICE RATES AND CONDITIONS:

Service Support: Block Rate - Prepaid service is available for a contracted amount equal to an hourly rate of $100.00 per hour, with a 10 hour minimum (Block Rate) purchase.

All Block Rate time is to be paid before any work has begun. The frequency of visits can be changed at any time depending upon availability, however a minimum of one visit per 2 months is required.

Additional Service Support Blocks can be purchased at the following rates: $900.00 per each 10 (ten) additional hours.

Unused hours will be valid for 1 year, but not longer than the term of the service contract.

Service Support NON Block Rate - Any hours not purchased in block time will be at the rate of $120.00/ hour.

Hourly charges will be invoiced by 24uNet and must be paid by the customer within 10 days of receipt.

There is a one-hour minimum for each service call.

Support after 5:00 p.m. - Weekdays, after 5:00 p.m. will be charged at a rate of one and a half times the negotiated rate.

Support for all other times - Will be charged at the rate of $180.00/hour.

Telephone Support and Remote Support - For all telephone support, 24uNet does not guarantee immediate availability and reserves the right to schedule a visit and bill for services rendered. A minimum one-quarter hour charge at the rate of $120 per hour (or one-quarter the negotiated rate) applies.

If 24uNet and your company agree to allow remote support, whether through a dial-up line or VPN, all time spent online will be invoiced. 24uNet reserves the right to refuse remote support at any time.
